Hi! My name is Emilee! I've been a graphic designer with a focus on event branding for nearly nine years, fueled by a degree in fine arts and a love for the tiny details that make branding exciting! The "day-of" always brings a rush of joy for me. +FIRST PAYMENT
This initial consultation, held over Google Meet, is all about getting to know your vision. During our conversation, we’ll dive into your event’s theme, style, and specific design needs. This is your chance to let your creativity shine and tell me all about how we can craft an unforgettable event brand together!
+ CREATIVE DIRECTION Moodboards will have color palettes, design ideas, typography ideas and overall inspiration to better guide the designing process.
Once the design contract is signed, we'll dive into creating your event brand. During this phase, I'll present three design concepts based on your Pinterest board and our initial consultation. We'll have another Google Meet to go over the designs—discussing what you love and what might not resonate—so I can further refine your vision. From the mood board and creative direction lookbook, you’ll choose one of the three directions to move forward with for the final design direction.
+ BRANDBOOK FEEDBACK Your feedback is invaluable during this phase; Your input ensures a smooth design process and brings everything together for a cohesive event brand!
+ REVISIONS The client is allowed up to two revisions on the brandbook
+ SECOND PAYMENT
Based on the design concept you selected, it's time to bring your event brand to life! Your brand book will serve as a visual guide, showcasing your logo suite, typography, color palette, and custom design elements tailored to your deliverables. This will be the foundation for all the key details, from invitations and posters to social media posts. It’s where your vision finally takes shape.
+ REVISIONS + FEEDBACK The client is allowed up to two revisions on each piece of collateral
Once we finalize the brand after revisions, we can move forward with the digital and print collateral based on the events needs and agreed upon deliverables. Here is where you see the event come to life before the big day, such as digital media marketing posts, invitations, posters, merch, etc.
+ LAST MINUTE DESIGN NEEDS Upon designer approval + quick turn around fee
All deliverables, along with the final brand components, will be provided in a shared Dropbox folder for your convenience, making sharing and downloading effortless!
